The training classes have been made available in video format so that they can be accessed on the Web through your browser for viewing locally on any computer.
The training classes are specifically tailored to the system functions for two different Paraclete user types:
1. Planning- For Emergency Managers and Planning Officials
2. Operations- For Dispatchers and System Operators
You will find links to the training videos for each on their relative pages.
You can post any questions or requests of the instructor, to the "Questions for the Instructor" discussions thread.
